Once the concepts, and program elements have been established we start CAD drawings of the plans, elevations, and site plan- This is known as the Design Development Phase
Once Design Development is approved, we move on to Construction Documents which entails the remaining drawings: structural, electrical, plumbing, and all necessary details required for permitting, and construction
We continue to follow the process by answering questions by the building department during the permit phase, and also during construction until the Certificate of Occupancy is issued
